Scott Schaefer is a 25+ year veteran of the Dallas real estate and housing industries. He is the founder and managing partner of Lexington Luxury Builders, a Dallas custom home builder and real estate developer. He is also a Certified Green Builder who has always been at the forefront of new urbanism, green building and sustainable development, and a Dallas newspaper once referred to Schaefer as a ‘Dallas Urban Icon‘.
With the crash of the housing market in 2008, and the subsequent election of the first socialist President of the United States, home building ceased being a viable career path. In selecting and embarking upon Career 2.0 Schaefer found that he is an internet marketing savant, and so began consulting for small businesses who need to establish an internet presence and develop strategic marketing and advertising plans.
