National debt is skyrocketing while Obama fiddles, just as Nero did while Rome burned. Obama continues offering only false rhetoric and political doublespeak, while our national debt burns further and further into uncharted territory. Relying on tired rallying cries of hope and change, Obama’s rhetoric promises to part the seas, but doesn’t discuss the skyrocketing national debt. Before becoming Divider-in-Chief, candidate Obama described President Bush as un-American for adding to our national debt at one-fourth the rate of Obama.
The core of Obama’s reelection campaign theme is to completely ignore the national debt and tax the millionaires and billionaires who don’t pay their fair share.
Sadly, we live in a republic with a leader who bases his reelection effort on a lie. Obama’s continuing mantle of taxing millionaires and billionaires to chants of crowds misinformed by a biased media has been carefully calculated to divide the nation. Taxing the rich is not, as he would have us believe, a panacea for the national debt and all that ails our struggling economy. What Obama offers won’t fix a skyrocketing national debt or anything else, for that matter. But then, he knows that, yet he deliberately lies to the throngs of admirers whose loyalty he continues to purchase, at the expense of skyrocketing national debt.
Obama will continue offering the same tired, intellectually and morally bankrupt taglines the left has always preached to get reelected. Our national debt is a serious problem which must be addressed. As a nation, we no longer have the luxury of kicking the proverbial national debt can down the road. Obama isn’t just kicking it down the road a little further, as the last 50 years of politicians have done, he openly admits his intention to add to the national debt problem further. Not since Nikita Khrushchev and his very famous shoe, has one man been so intent on insuring defeat the United States at the hand of socialism.
While there are scores of issues where this applies, today I am only addressing our national debt. I ask all Americans to read and understand the implications of the national debt clock and challenge anyone from the left to somehow support the notion that skyrocketing national debt a good thing. We need leaders who offer solutions and have the courage to see them through.
There are no easy answers’ but there are simple answers. We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right.
As was said a long time ago by a very wise man who offered both ideas with solutions, and the courage to see them through, “There are no easy answers’ but there are simple answers. We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right.” Obama and the left have neither the simple answers nor the morality to do what is right.
